Enervax Bio runs a purpose-built UCO-to-biodiesel plant in Ajman, UAE — blending order-based biodiesel from B5 to B100 for fleets, generators, and industry, under direct supply contracts.
Enervax Bio is the production brand of Pure Top Chemicals Blending L.L.C.S.P., operating out of Ajman, UAE. We don't just broker used cooking oil — we collect it, process it on our own processing plant, and ship out finished biodiesel under our own quality sign-off.
The plant runs all processes that lead to the finished blended Biodiesel incluidng an acid esterification stage that pre-treats high-FFA feedstock, and a transesterification, wash, and methanol-recovery stage that finishes the fuel. Every vessel is designed against ASME Section VIII pressure code, not assembled from whatever tanks were available.
"Every reactor, settler, and dryer on our skids is pressure-rated and documented before it ever touches feedstock."
Used cooking oil is a variable feedstock. Our process is built to handle that variability methodically rather than guess at it batch to batch.
Used cooking oil is collected from residences, restaurants, hotels, and industrial kitchens in sealed containers, with volumes logged at intake.
High-FFA feedstock is routed through acid esterification first, so acidity doesn't compromise the main conversion stage.
Transesterification under controlled temperature and catalyst dosing splits the oil into crude biodiesel and glycerol.
Washing, vacuum drying, and methanol recovery strip the crude ester down to finished, on-spec fuel.
Finished biodiesel is cut to the ratio your order specifies — anywhere from B5 to B100 — and released against contracted offtake.
Any ratio from B5 to B100, for diesel fleets, backup generators, and industrial boilers, supplied under direct contract with agreed volume and delivery schedule.
Scheduled, logged collection from HORECA and industrial kitchens. Sealed containers and recorded volumes from pickup to plant intake.
A byproduct of transesterification, available to industrial buyers as a feedstock for further refining.
We cut biodiesel into regular diesel at whatever ratio your fleet or facility specifies on the purchase order — anywhere from B5 to B100 — rather than locking you into one fixed SKU. The four points below are common reference starting points, not the only options.
A drop-in first step for existing diesel fleets — no engine changes, no operational disruption.
The easy entry pointA visible sustainability commitment for fleets that want deeper savings while keeping operations unchanged.
A real commitment, low frictionFor operators ready to commit roughly half their fuel volume to a lower-carbon blend on a standing order.
Halfway, on purposeThe full switch, for fleets and generators already confirmed compatible — our highest-impact blend.
Maximum reductionDelivered straight into your existing diesel tank, scheduled around your consumption rate — no new infrastructure required on your side.
Sealed drums or IBC totes for sites without bulk tank infrastructure, sized to smaller or irregular volume orders.
The plant is designed and sited in line with the UAE's 2024 National Biofuels Policy, in Ajman, positioned for industrial-scale processing.
We are pursuing ESMA certification for our biodiesel output as the plant moves from commissioning into contracted production.
In progressMethanol-handling vessels are nitrogen-blanketed, pressure relief is set against ASME code, and wash water is treated before discharge.
The short, honest answers to what people usually ask before placing a first order.
A renewable fuel made by converting fats and oils — in our case, used cooking oil — into fatty acid methyl esters through a chemical process called transesterification. It behaves like diesel in an engine, because chemically it's a close cousin of it.
At low blends (B5–B20) most diesel engines run on it with zero modification. At higher blends, including B100, compatibility depends on your specific engine and OEM guidance — we'll talk through that with you before sizing an order, rather than assume one answer fits every fleet.
We collect used cooking oil, pre-treat the high-acidity portion through acid esterification, then run it through transesterification, washing, drying, and methanol recovery on our own skid-built plant in Ajman. We're not a trading desk relabeling someone else's fuel.
Instead of selling only one fixed product, we cut biodiesel into diesel at the ratio your purchase order specifies — anywhere between B5 and B100 — so the blend matches your fleet's needs and your sustainability targets, not a one-size-fits-all SKU.
Used-cooking-oil-based biodiesel is widely recognised as a genuine circular-economy fuel, with lifecycle greenhouse-gas savings that scale with the blend ratio. We've shown indicative figures above; we're holding off on precise, certified figures for our own output until our own testing and ESMA certification are complete, rather than borrow someone else's numbers.
Yes — biodiesel blending into diesel is permitted under UAE fuel regulations, and the country's 2024 National Biofuels Policy actively encourages local production. We're pursuing ESMA certification for our own output as we move into contracted supply.
